Nosebleed Nightmare is a hand-painted magnum salmon trolling spoon with a hex-hole pattern cut into the blade, finished in dark red head with glow white body and black spots with a nickel back. The holes let more water pass through the spoon, creating extra water agitation and flutter to trigger more strikes than a standard spoon.
